Terms of Service
By using Fear the Bracket, you agree to the following platform terms and administrative rights.
1. Platform Authority & Account Control
Fear the Bracket and its designated Site Administrators ("Admin") reserve full authority over all user accounts, hosting privileges, and tournament content published on the platform. Access to hosting features and tournament creation tools is a privilege, not a guarantee.
2. Host Approval & Permission Revocation
The Admin reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to deny or refuse host permissions, invite codes, or event creation access to any user at any time; suspend, revoke, or downgrade existing host permissions without prior warning; or limit the number of active tournaments or brackets a host may manage.
3. Tournament Modification & Cancellation
To protect platform integrity, prevent misuse, and ensure fair play, the Admin retains the right to edit, alter, pause, lock, or delete any tournament, bracket, match result, or pool play setup hosted on the platform, and cancel active or scheduled events that violate community standards.
4. User Suspension & Termination
The Admin reserves the right to immediately suspend, block, or permanently remove any user, player profile, or event host from the platform for misusing the platform, exploiting system bugs, manipulating scores, engaging in abusive behavior, or for any other reason deemed necessary by the Admin.
5. Notice Policy
While the Admin is under no obligation to provide advance notice or justification before taking administrative actions, an informational email may be sent to the affected user explaining the decision at the Admin's discretion.
